Working at ARS T&TT

A place to develop your career

ARS T&TT is a leading and internationally oriented technology company in the traffic, transport and mobility sector. ARS develops products and implements projects that contribute to sustainability, safety, traffic flow and efficiency within this sector.

ARS T&TT is looking for motivated employees and managers who can contribute to the company’s development and the expansion of its current strong market position. We place value in having the relevant knowledge, but believe that talent and attitude are even more important for achieving goals. We ask for a high degree of personal ownership, passion, ambition, inquisitiveness, cost awareness, commercial awareness, problem-solving capacity and the ability to distinguish between main issues and side issues for all positions. Other qualities we value highly are good communication skills and a hands-on mentality. The positions require a technical-academic level of work and thinking.

We offer new colleagues the opportunity to work on new technological developments and we ensure that you will constantly be challenged and have every chance to grow both professionally and personally. You will be involved in the projects from start to finish and you will help solve current traffic and transport problems.

If you like to be an active participant in the developments in your work and in the customer’s projects, you will fit well within our organization. ARS has a flat and informal but mature organizational culture and we believe that we can only achieve this by being happy in our work and by communicating openly with each other and our customers. We also offer sufficient opportunities for personal and professional development and the remuneration that matches skills, talent and ambition.
