- Resource planning & allocation, tracking & optimizing resource utilization across multiple projects.
- Project monitoring, control & support.
- Management reporting, revenue forecast & planning, invoicing, plan vs actuals analysis
- Should have knowledge on project delivery life cycle and other PMO areas
- Should have good experience on working with Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
- Good communication skills and Quick learning skills
- Collaborate with the projects and services teams to collate and consolidate data on projects
- Conduct periodic reviews/ participate in project review meetings and track any issues identified to closure
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0-3 years of PMO/Project coordination experience
