The City of Groningen has awarded a comprehensive parking enforcement contract to ARS T&T. The scope includes the deployment of scan cars, full back-office processing of suspected violations, and end-to-end operational support.
ARS T&T will also be responsible for planning enforcement activities using historic data to optimize effectiveness, as well as for transparent reporting of results to the municipality. With this contract, Groningen strengthens efficient, data-driven parking enforcement across the city.
